At Pet Life, we want your furry friend to look and feel their best in our high-fashion apparel. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn pet apparel, including all original tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
